I got a funny one to add to one of the guitars in your watch list--about that EA250 that went for $600+...
The PO who listed it put it in the bed of a pickup truck on a sunny day for the pic, and then listed it as simply a vintage Epiphone guitar, period. As I watched the early bidding it languished badly, so I wrote her. Told her what it was and some uselful selling points, as well as what I'd seen them bring when both poorly and well-identified. Closed by saying that she could do better if she pulled the auction in the event of weak bids and re-listed it with some good info.
So following that, it keeps going low till the last minute then goes ballistic as you see. She wrote me back after the auction closed, saying she'd intended to update the auction, and forgot completely.
So much for my great advice!
