Instensely frustrating posting photos. :x :x :x It will RANDOMLY block, saying that the photos must be less than 800 pixels wide. And they're only 640 pixels!!! Took 45 minutes to get one post done for this reason, kept having to go back and forth posting, deleting, and reposting the SAME photos till they would work.

The 800 pixel rule applies to hieght as well as width... I usually resize mine to 800x600 and have no issues....

I upload full sized photos, both RAW and jpg - to PB and then bump them across to whichever forum I'm posting to, and have never had to resize a picture yet!! You're c+p the .img links, right?

I still use a max of 640 x 480 pix on line. Besides zooming features, this produces an optimal screen display. You can always send the full-res pics to an interrested party via e-mail or (in case of multiple hi-re pics) via a service like WeTransfer.

Another simpler option is to use the "Thumbnail" code which links to the full sized picture on PB.
And...I've mentioned this before...there should be an option in the software settings to automatically down size images to the designated max. permissible here, but also a display link above it to "resize" to the maximum. I have set WestoneGuitars.net to do this and it works very nicely.

I'll try to enable that option here, too. Would be good for us volunteers :) .
