It's about 340 miles one way. :o

No trains come that close, and only a smaller airport. Car would be about the only way.

You got speed limits on motorways over there... so that would make for a 7 hour trip each way?

And people here tell me I'm living in the middle of nowhere, because it takes me almost half an hour to reach a city center. :)

It doesn't help I live in a rural area, but I like guitars and dogs more than I do people anyway so it works out all the way around. :D

Takes me about 20 minutes to get into "town", hardly considered a city center. That would be about an hour for me too.

All of the above applied to me too, but I now live in a town of about 30k, and quite like it, oddly, after 20+years in the scrub....
