i bought a aria pro custom in 1989 serial number I (I for Italy)790021. its bottle green. is it any good

Gosh UncleBuck, were gonna need a bit more info on that one. Photos if nothing else. Model numbers, stlye etc. etc. It sounds like the serial number beginning with a 1 would make it a 1981 model, of which there were a lot. Give us more info please!

If that first digit is the letter "I" (the ninth letter of the alphabet) then the probable date of manufacture is September 1979 and the guitar is either a Cardinal or a Fender copy with a bolt-on neck. Just a guess.

If it's in good nick it's a good guitar.

i will resist my wifes attempts to make me sell it. i attempt to play the blues for my own enjoyment it has a lovely sound even in my clumsy hands
