A little steep for a bolt neck in average condition.

Love that colour/trim combo!

I love my Vantages too but yeah, they're now becoming very pricey, especially for an old Canadian collector like me

I've always wanted one of those. . .

That is on the high side but it has a hard case and free shipping. :D

That certainly helps! :D

I'm a cheap bastage though. Used case is $60 or less ($70 - $110 new shipped from Amazon) and I can ship a guitar to WV via Reverb for about $30 or less (48x18x6). That leaves it at over $400 (plus tax) for a bolt neck LP. There again these don't come up too often in good shape.

These tools help you determine if a seller is expensive on shipping (and sometimes give you bartering power). Just figure shipping from you to them.

eBay (make sure you click UPS and hit the eBay Rates radio button after you submit your dimensions). I usually estimate to Los Angeles to figure the max it will cost me.

Ridiculously high shipping/mailing costs plus exchange rate of about 27% to Canada almost always kills any purchase decision from the States.

I can't even bring myself to buy GFS pickups or hardware anymore even when they're on sale.
Amazon Prime eases the pain a little bit, at least on items that they have and I want.
