Cool! So
you've got updates, additions, or corrections for the Models/Labels section...
Please read before clicking...
.
This contact
avenue is provided for those wishing to contribute to the effort.
On average more than
60% of the e-mails we receive via this contribution address are questions
regarding guitars.
Questions baited with
contributions will be declined as there is an implied expectation of an
answer for the contribution which we cannot honor or proivide via e-mail.
All questions via this method will be discarded.
.
If you have have searched
the site, looked through the Models/Lables section,
and checked the FAQ yet still came up empty handed,
then the Message Board is your last
bet. You can search the forums without having to register. There are some
very knowledgeable people that have contributed much information there
and often they have helped where we could not elsewhere. It is worth the
extra effort if an answer is truly desired.
.
It is seldom that someone
comes forward with info and/or specs/pics/scans, so fire away! Depending
on the amount of material, we may even name my next born after you! Bear
in mind any info (other than the obvious) will need to be verified by catalog,
print, or other hard proof, and until then a question mark will appear
after the spec(s) not yet verified. In other words, to guess is last resort.
Not all pickups with 12 hex poles are DiMarzios, sometimes Maple can look
like Walnut, and not all flame tops are solid! We sure would like to clear
up some of the "?" in the specs pages!
.
We would be thrilled to
add to the archives! As always, We recognize contributions to the archives/site
on the Contributors page or when appropriate, the model's/catalog page.
Use the link below to cotact us and if need be how we can get ahold of
you for the info, pics, scans, or whatnot you'd like to contribute. We
cannot reply without a valid return address so be sure to include one!.
General guitar questions
via this avenue (e-mails not regarding the site or contributions) will
be quietly disregarded. If the info you are looking
for is not here there's only one reason. I simply don't have it. In
simple terms, I can't offer anything I don't have to begin with. Although
I would very much like to have pics of models I do not have covered, baiting
info requests with offers of pics is a good way to cheat both of us. These
e-mails are also quietly disregarded.

There
has been trouble in the past with fsnet.co.uk with freeserve.co.uk due
to their implementation of spam protection. My suggestion here is use one
of free mail services such as HotMail or Yahoo Mail, and be sure to mark
mail from the forums as "Not Spam" so you won't have to dig through the
bulk/junk folder for your forum notices (set in your preferences and when
you post to topics).
.
AOL
has presented new challenges as well with their spam blockers being determined
by false spam reports their users have sent in. From time to time the hosting
company hosting the site has been blocked due to false reports, and when
that happens, nothing gets through from here. To be on the safe side it
might be best to use one of the free mail services for the forums instead.
..
This site is not affiliated
with any of the brands or labels mentioned, only a tribute to their heyday
and impact on the world of guitars in general. It was hoped it would also
be a central point where "Uncle Matt" guitar players/owners can converge.
A community effort so to speak. This site is not directly connected
to Aria, Aria Pro II, Matsumoku, Vantage, Westbury, or any other label
produced and distributed by Shiro Arai Co or Matsumoku.
.
Be
sure to include who we should thank and credit for the contributions if
you're sending pics, new info, or catalog scans!
You
can send info, pics, and text via the following so long as you have a working
e-mail client:
